Basic Enrollment Criteria

Use the below outline to see if you qualify for ClearOne Debt.

Minimum Total Debt Balance

  • Total Unsecured Debt must be greater than $10,000

 

Debt Accounts

  • Must be Unsecured Debts – credit cards, personal loans
  • Repossessions, deficiency balances, medical bills, and other bills are all accepted
  • All of clients unsecured debt accounts must be entered into the program. A client cannot enter some accounts and stay current on others, unless other then $500
  • Each account must be greater than $500.00. Any account less than $500 must be handled by client

 

Business Accounts

  • ClearOne will accept business debts that are personally Guaranteed by consumer (on a case by case basis). ClearOne cannot accept corporate debt

 

Accounts at a Law Firm

  • Situation in which client has an account at a law firm in. The same state in which they live (“in-state legal”). Accepted on a case-by-case basis

 

Judgments

  • Accounts with judgments against or litigation pending will be considered in rare instances

 

States ClearOne Cannot Accept

  • Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, North Carolina, Wisconsin
